Taking off from Valois Park on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 9 a.m., the annual Course pour la Compassion benefitting the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence hopes to raise $350,000 to continue to offer free, compassionate palliative care to the community.
The fun run offers the chance for people to raise money by walking, jogging, or running a 5 km course with friends, neighbours, or even their dogs. Participants can raise funds on their own fundraising page, by starting a team, or by purchasing a memorial sign. 2024's Course pour la Compassion was a huge success!
